Job Description 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage and support an assigned portfolio of customer accounts. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling account inquiries and payment-related discussions

• Reviewing account history and validating customer information

• Communicating account status and providing customer support solutions

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST

(No weekend shifts!)

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good multitasking ability and attention to detail

• Problem-solving mindset and goal-driven attitude

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Prior customer service experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

Sutherland will provide work equipment. However, you must have:
